Amazon consulting for brands selling in the US and Europe

I am an independent Amazon consultant. I help brands fix, structure and grow their Amazon business: the catalogue, the listings in every language, the account’s health and the data behind it. One person who does the work, from the first audit to day-to-day operations.

What Amazon consulting is, and when you need it

Amazon consulting is senior outside help with what decides whether your products are found, chosen and kept live: listings and search, catalogue structure, account health and expansion to new marketplaces. Brands usually call a consultant when conversion falls despite steady traffic, listings keep getting suppressed, Amazon has rewritten their titles, or a new marketplace is on the plan and nobody in-house has launched one. More in what an Amazon consultant does and when to hire one.

Amazon US and Europe, and the move between them

I have sold on Amazon US with my own private-label brand for seven years and worked on seller accounts on Amazon US and Canada at Primer Seller Solution, a Miami consultancy. In Europe I have run catalogues across Spain, Germany, France, Italy and the rest of EU4 / EU8. That makes me useful at the border between the two:

  • US brands expanding to Amazon Europe: a catalogue per marketplace, listings localised into German, French, Italian and Spanish, and the EU compliance and VAT questions that a US playbook does not cover.
  • European brands entering Amazon US: listings and catalogue built for the US shopper and the US marketplace, from someone who has run a brand there.

How we start

  1. Free mini-audit. Send me one ASIN or product URL and within 48 working hours I reply with the three highest-impact fixes I see. Request it here.
  2. Full audit. If it makes sense to go further, I review the account and catalogue and deliver a prioritised action plan.
  3. Project or ongoing support. A defined project (catalogue, expansion, automation) or a monthly scope for operations. You get a written proposal before any work starts.

Why a consultant and not an agency

You work with the person who does the work. No account manager in between, no junior team learning on your catalogue. An agency is the better choice if you want one supplier for advertising, creative and operations; I compare both in Amazon agency vs freelance consultant. I have run Amazon from the brand side (Dnipro-M), the agency side (eStoreLabs, Primer Seller Solution) and as a seller with my own private-label brand on Amazon US, so I know where each of them loses time.

What I don’t do

To keep the work focused: PPC and advertising management, creative production (photography, video, design), full copywriting production, professional translation and ERP or PIM implementation are out of scope. I coordinate with whoever does them.

Questions brands ask before hiring an Amazon consultant

What does an Amazon consultant do?

An Amazon consultant diagnoses why an account or catalogue is underperforming and fixes it: listings and SEO, catalogue structure, suppressed or broken listings, account health and expansion to new marketplaces. I also do the hands-on work, not only the recommendations.

Are you an Amazon agency?

No. I am an independent Amazon consultant: you work directly with me, with no account manager or junior team in between. If you need advertising and creative run every day alongside the catalogue, an agency may suit you better, and I am happy to work alongside one.

When should I hire an Amazon consultant?

When sales stall despite traffic, listings keep breaking or getting suppressed, Amazon has rewritten your titles, the catalogue differs between marketplaces, or you are launching a new marketplace without in-house experience. If you are not sure, start with the free mini-audit.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope: number of marketplaces and SKUs, and whether it is a one-off project or ongoing support. The mini-audit is free, and you get a written proposal before any paid work starts.

Which Amazon marketplaces do you work with?

Any Amazon marketplace. In the US I ran my own private-label brand on Amazon.com for seven years and worked on Amazon US and Canada accounts at Primer Seller Solution. In Europe I have worked across Spain, Germany, France, Italy and the rest of EU4 / EU8, plus marketplaces such as Leroy Merlin, ManoMano and Carrefour.

Do you work with Seller Central or Vendor Central?

Both. I have worked in Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts, including account health and EU compliance.

Do you manage Amazon PPC?

No. Advertising management is outside my scope. I focus on the catalogue, listings, operations and data that make advertising work, and coordinate with your PPC team or agency.

Do you work remotely?

Yes. I am based in Madrid and work remotely with brands in Europe, the US and elsewhere. I work in Spanish and English, and deliver content for German, French and Italian marketplaces through localisation with human review.

Not sure where your Amazon account is losing sales?

Start with one product. I’ll send you the three fixes that matter most, free.
